These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and rajawd777 (hereinafter "rajawd777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gambling services available at https://rajawd777.cam and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated by rajawd777.

To register an account and use the services offered by rajawd777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. rajawd777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement through identity verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and are not acting under any external compulsion.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close relative of rajawd777 or any of its business partners.
5. You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by rajawd777 for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
7. You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change.

4.3 rajawd777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or where suspicious activity is detected. Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• A clear, recent selfie photograph holding the identity document.

4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by rajawd777 may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the Account until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. rajawd777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password or account access details.

5.1 All deposits to your rajawd777 Account are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods: FPX Bank Transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of transaction.

5.3 rajawd777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or third-party e-wallets not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and may trigger additional verification requirements.

5.4 rajawd777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are your responsibility.

5.5 All funds deposited are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for operational purposes by rajawd777.

6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rajawd777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or unverified channels are not permitted.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active account investigations:

• Standard accounts: within 15–60 minutes during operational hours;
• Silver VIP accounts: within 30 minutes;
• Gold VIP accounts: within 15 minutes (Express);
• Diamond VIP accounts: near-instant processing.

6.3 rajawd777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, the Account has not previously made a withdrawal, or the source of funds is not clearly established.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted once the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting the rollover requirement will result in the bonus being removed from the Account.

6.5 In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, rajawd777 reserves the right to recover such funds regardless of whether they have been wagered. You agree not to knowingly wager or withdraw funds credited in error.

7.1 The Platform and all associated content, including but not limited to games, software, text, graphics, odds data, and live streaming services, are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

7.2 You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional rules or guidelines published by rajawd777 from time to time.

7.3 Access to the Platform is provided on a best-efforts basis. rajawd777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures.

7.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. You agree to participate responsibly and within your financial means.

7.5 rajawd777 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a technical error, software fault, or odds-feed failure. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to your Account.

8.1 All bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers made available by rajawd777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering requirements applicable to welcome bonuses are as follows, unless modified by the specific promotion terms:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (2%): No wagering requirement — credited as withdrawable cash bonus.

8.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

8.4 rajawd777 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect bonuses already actively being wagered by Players in good standing.

8.5 Bonus funds are credited in addition to and separately from Real Money Balance. By default, Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds, unless the Platform rules for a specific game category state otherwise.

9.1 All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type, including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League), UFC, badminton, and basketball.

9.2 Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the rajawd777 system and a bet reference number is issued. A bet confirmation displayed on screen constitutes the record of the transaction. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly.

9.3 In the event that a live event is suspended, abandoned, or not completed within the prescribed time limits for that sport, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.

9.4 Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are stated within the sportsbook interface. rajawd777 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any Player at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of professional or syndicated betting activity.

9.5 Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and other spread-style markets are settled in accordance with full-time results unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootout results are excluded from settlement unless the market explicitly states otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajawd777 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities ("Exploit Abuse");
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or systematically hedging bonuses to guarantee risk-free returns ("Bonus Arbing");
• Money laundering or any use of the Platform in connection with the proceeds of crime;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other means of IP obfuscation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

11.1 All content on the rajawd777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game content, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of rajawd777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 The rajawd777 name, logo, and any associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajawd777, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

12.2 rajawd777's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 rajawd777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, cyberattacks, changes in law or regulation, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

13.1 rajawd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account is being operated by or on behalf of an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is associated with the Account;
• The Account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to rajawd777.

13.2 Where an Account is closed for a reason other than a Terms violation, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing timelines.

13.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rajawd777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms.

13.4 Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gambling policy will result in immediate account suspension for the duration specified by the Player. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account are a breach of these Terms.

16.3 Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to their use of the Platform. rajawd777 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services under Malaysian law and cannot be held liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in Malaysia.
